I have read some good reviews and some bad!

Just looking for opinions really, and what is it all about?

It's by an American psychologist - quite long, but the basic ideas are great and possibly life-changing. She encourages readers to examine their fears, learn to handle fear and not let it become a limiting factor in their lives. She gives some v useful practical exercises. I loved this book, and it really helped me to help a particularly timid and fearful child
