i have read the following books:
sentence of marriage,mud and gold,settling the account, a second chance - all by Shayne Parkinson
suddenly a bride, a husband for margaret, a bride for tom - all by Ruth Nordin
Trust me, remember me - all by lesley pearse
ryans return - barbara freethy
i like books that are set in history but not your typical Jayne Eyre or Pride and Prejudice books but some books that do have historical events even if the actual story is not based on a true story. i also like books that are based on now. i dont really like sophie kinsella or anything that is really light hearted and a book has to grip me within the first few pages. i know that the authors above, especial Lesley Pearse has written more similar books but i was thinking of trying another author.
has anyone read the above books and can recommend something similar.
