Price just dropped, I think this sounds really interesting, but I've not read any Kate Grenville before so would welcome any views....

I have Lilian's Story in my bookcase but not had time to read it yet.

I really enjoyed The Secret River and An Idea of Perfection by the same author - both well worth a read.

Bought it after seeing this thread yesterday - about 15% in and enjoying it so far.

Kate Grenville is really good. Haven't read Lilian's story but sounds promising.
