Hi, could anyone recommend a good pregnancy book. Start to finish, easy you read, easy to understand, doesn't blind me with science and is a good quick reference for queries.
There seems to be so many too choose from I just don't know where to start

Xx

The two in using are "Pregnancy Your Questions Answered" by Lees and McCartan (Dorling Kindersley) and "What To Eat When You're Pregnant" by Conway.

The first is a dip in and out reference book with lots of pictures (including a naked couple demonstrating potential sex positions) and the second is great for your handbag when eating out! It also offers a what to eat when section, but I tend to use it to check about mascarpone!

Congratulations!

What to eat when your pregnant sounds exactly what I'm after. Feel as though I turned into one if those fussy eaters today! Thanks x
