It's on order from the library and I'm very apprehensive, any encouraging words for me?

One of my favourite books and similar in style to Owen Meany. It does have some weird bits but it's generally very good! (Another similar book is Salman Rushdie's Midnights Children)

It's not a light read but it's very memorable. Worth persevering with.
