Sunday Philosophy Club - when does the relationship start?

I have been reading these books in completely random order. In the early ones Isabel is always looking longingly at Jamie but feels he is off limits because of his previous relationship with Cat. Now I have picked up a couple of later books and SPOILER ALERT she is not only with Jamie but they have a child!
In which book is all the action? Has it been removed from my library on the grounds of being too racy?

No you need to really read them in order the Cold Comfort of Saturdays is the one where they get together just a shame you had read them randomly as it is such a good read and build up between Jamie and Isobel and as you say Cat jealouy and her reaction to them being a couple happy reading!!
