Hi - Can anyone tell me the order these books are to be read in? I've just been bought 'Blue Shoes and Hapiness' which seems to be the first in a second installment of the series....but I haven't finished the first batch yet.

And I'm assuming Blue Shoes.. etc, which I haven't read, is as you say, the first in a 2nd installment. I'm rather out of touch at the moment!
