The Sisters who would be Queen - about Mary Katherine and Jane Grey

and The Women of the Cousins War (the Duchess, The Queena nd the Kings Mother).

I have started the 2nd one, I am enjoying it. I got interested in Elizabeth Woodville (the queen in the title) after reading 2 Phillipa gregory books White Queena nd red Queen.

Sound very interesting, Saltire, I might have to look them out as I am interested in Tudor history. I've just read The Queen's Confidante by Karen Harper. Not quite as good as Philippa Gregory but a decent story all the same (although a few modern turns of phrase that I didn't quite take to).

Saltire, I had that book last Christmas, was very interesting. Have you read Innocent Traitor by Alison Weir?

My christmas books were - The Victorian House by Judith Flanders, Mary Boelyn by Alison Weir and The man who broke into Auschwitz by Denis Avery.
