holiday reading please???

Can anyone reccommend 2/3 good holiday reads? Going away on tuesday and not a thing to take with me yet.I like James Patterson,Dean Koontz etc but open to any suggestions.

Jodi Picoult would be holiday type stuff for me. Quite easy reads, usually some family type trauma and a Court case.
