Posted this in Geeky stuff before I was directed here so pls help am getting fixated!
Just finished watching the film having read the book years ago and when Kevin is asked by his mum why he did 'it' he responds with something like "I finally got your attention" but it wasn't in the film!!
Am I imagining this? Does anyone have a copy of the book they can check for me?? Can't see myself getting to sleep until I find out

It was soo effective in the book one of the only lines I remember from it....how could they leave it out of the film?
