What to buy my dh who enjoys Sherlock Holmes

I'm appealing to the collective wisdom of mumsnet!
He's read all the Sherlock books and I'd like to get him a book for Xmas, but stuck for ideas.

I am a Sherlock Holmes fan too. Lots of good suggestions here.

or a non-fiction book on Victorian crime like this or this?

Or just get him a deerstalker!

Has he read the new Holmes written by Anthony horowitz?

The father Brown mysteries?

House of Silk is the obvious choice if he hasn't read it, but my personal recommendation would be the DVDs of two classic movies; Without a Clue, and The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes.

He's read House of Silk - that was last Xmas .
I think the deerstalker would look very fetching on him.

On a different note quite a few modern day authors have tried their hands at Sherlock Holmes stories. I can think of June Thomson and Barrie Roberts but I am sure there are others.
