anyone read this? is it suitable for 11 year old to read?

I picked it up in a bookshop and had a quick read....it was very childish (imo), would have driven me mad with all the 'aside' type comments. I didn't see any swearing but then I didnt read much of it.

My 10 year old DD would love to read this. Anyone got any updates on whether is would be suitable?

I've read it and its fine reading it aloud to my 8yr old neice at the mo
