I used to have a boffin boyfriend doing a PhD in Quantum Physics or summat (never really listened) who was a real sci fi bore.Bought me lots of Ursula Le Guin.

lol moondog, a friend of mine did a PhD in astrophysics and gave me an Ursula le Guin book. which i did like.

i like chicklit Blush oh the shame of it.

would not read Men are from Mars blah blah blah type books if they were the only books in the world.
