Thank you for letting me know. Am just going to buy it now :)

DuchessofMalfi · 22/11/2012 13:41

I've just bought it too, thanks for the tip Anonymous :).

It's just too easy to buy books on kindle. DH is going to confiscate it soon :o

QueenofWhatever · 22/11/2012 14:39

Thanks for the tip off, just bought it too. I loved the Forgotten Garden and that's only 69p.

BOFingSanta · 22/11/2012 14:44

Great tip, thanks. I loved the other two I read of hers.

BabeRuthless · 22/11/2012 16:00

I paid £7 for this

LucyEyelesbarrow · 22/11/2012 16:04

Thanks for the tip off. Really looking forward to reading this.

BabeRuthless · 22/11/2012 16:07

You're all in for a treat by the way. I very rarely buy books when they first come out but I made an exception for this one.

DuchessofMalfi · 22/11/2012 16:39

Babe - is it too late to return it to Amazon for a refund?

BabeRuthless · 22/11/2012 18:29

Weeks too late, plus I've read it all. To be fair I've found plenty of bargains & you win some you lose some I guess Smile

careergirl · 22/11/2012 18:47

you beat me to it. I have just got it and was coming over here to tell everyone. Really pleased I love Kate Morton's books and I've been watching this for awhile hoping it would come down in price.

ninjanurse · 22/11/2012 20:24

Woo hoo! Have been waiting for this to price drop! Thanks for tipping us off!

AgathaF · 22/11/2012 20:37

Thanks for the tip - have ordered it today.

elkiedee · 23/11/2012 04:22

Babe, very annoying but at least you've read it! I'm embarrassed by all the books I couldn't wait to buy and then hadn't read when they dropped in price.

Londonista1975 · 23/11/2012 04:33

Thanks so much for posting.

careergirl · 25/11/2012 15:38

This book is amazing I only got it the other day and couldn't put it down. Love Kate Morton books

Southeastdweller · 26/11/2012 21:33

Haven't read any of her others. Is it a good one to start off with, anyone?

elkiedee · 27/11/2012 10:43

I've not read this one so I can't answer on that! I've enjoyed her first two novels. All her books are set partly in the past, partly in the present. They're not series books at all so you don't need to worry about reading order or where to start. The Forgotten Garden is only 69p still if you want to see if you like her style.

DontHaveAtv · 28/11/2012 20:07

I can't get into this book for some reason. I love her other books though.

scattered · 28/11/2012 20:08

This was a brilliant book, now halfway through the House at Riverton. Very good author.

DowagersHump · 28/11/2012 20:10

Oh brilliant - thanks :)

careergirl · 28/11/2012 21:57

funnily enough I didn't really enjoy House at Riverton. But both The Forgotten Garden and Distant Hours are outstanding and would highly recommend.

Mrsd22 · 29/11/2012 16:58

I agree careergirl, House at Riverton not as good as the others. I read The Forgotten Garden (99p from Amazon) first, then borrowed Distant Hours from the library. Just bought Secret Keeper, thanks for the heads up!

careergirl · 06/12/2012 20:40

secret keeper - £10 in tesco !!!!
