I bought the moth diaries the other day when it was on kindle daily deal for 99p and I just wondered if anyone has read this?

I haven't started it yet and was wondering if it was worth while?

Is it the one about the old lady and her sister? If so, I've read it. I was seduced by the pretty cover but I thought it was rubbish, sorry. I did read it all the way to the end but it got more and more stupid as it went on. However, I am very, very fussy. It's probably okay really, for people who don't get irritated by fiction quite as quickly as I do Blush- if it's the one I'm thinking of.

No I've just googled it and I was thinking of another one, also to do with moths (The Behaviour Of Moths). But have read The Moth Diaries too. Again, it's just okay. I would probably have loved it as a teenager.

I thought it was quite good. A particular analogy is used in the book so that you are not quite sure whether you are reading something akin to a horror book or something related to teen psychology and particularly teen girls' physical well-being and emotional health. It's very often found on adult shelves in shops but probably is classed properly as a YA read.

Thanks for you're comments!

I have just started reading it and I about 10% of the way through.
So far it's ok, don't think it will be one of the best books I have ever read but it's readable!

I agree so far with the young adult comment!
