Young adult novel 'Dirty Work' by Julia Bell tells the story, in entirely subtle terms, of a teenage girl drawn into the seedy world of child sex trafficking, cleverly contrasting the worlds of priviledged English girl Hope with the hardship endured by Russian emigre Oksana. It is a fantastic read and should be on the syllabus of all teenage girls. For every copy sold, 50p goes to Unicef.
