Oh my! I couldn't stop blubbing or put it down.

So, can you recommend anything life changing like this book?

It was good, but life changing? In what way? Did it change your views on things covered in the book?

NoraHelmer · 31/07/2012 15:53

Or even Me Before You :o. It was an enjoyable novel but I saw the ending as inevitable, not upsetting. I think Jojo Moyes made a good novel out of a tough subject and didn't shy away from anything.

Hi Valium, I found it made me appreciate what I had more. Perhaps just meBlushbut it made me want to try and do more.

Oops yes NoraGrin
I knew the ending was coming but still upsetting and yes thought she tackled the subject matter extremely well.

I noticed Gail reading this book in Coronation Street the other night Grin

I noticed too!

I saw it more as a love story rather than a book about voluntary euthanasia - that came second.

I found it really hard hitting as I spent about 4 months in a wheel chair after a bad accident and it was so dreadful, the idea of being in there not only for life but not being able to move from neck down was horrific Sad

I noticed too.

Valium that must have been awful. It's scary how easily it can happen.
