Ooh, she's great. I like Cuban Heels or Atlantic Shift.

Oh I'm a new convert to Emily Barr. I started with Stranded as I saw it in the library, then I've just read The Perfect Lie.
Loved them both and was wondering whether her earlier stuff was as good?

BonnieBumble · 30/07/2012 20:35

All of them! I love her she is fab. Smile

They are all great, if I had to pick I'd probably say cuban heels.

I find her earlier stuff much better - better written and more suspense. I have been quite disappointed in the recent stuff.

Loved Backpack and the main character in it is the one in The Life You Want - ie its her younger and meeting her DP etc

Got to be 50 shades of grey ;)

I have all of her books - the main one I could keep re-reading is Out of My Depth. I also love Plan B and Backpack.

Baggage. I thought this was excellent & despite reading it about 18mths ago, I still think about it !
