Just started reading this and am loving it

I have no idea where the story will go which is a bonus. I just finished Harold Fry and ended up in tears with that. So well written imo. I could picture his walk so clearly. Cried buckets though at the really sad bit. I've just had a septoplasty too so that wasn't good!

It's great! Dd and me both read it last week.

I can see me finishing it by the weekend. Dcs are at their dad's and dp works nights. I have a painting to do for someone so could've done without a unputdownable book

I enjoyed it too. If you are interested in the subject matter then you might also be interested in Patrick Gale's novel A Perfectly Good Man.

I'm loving this book, so much so I'm turning off the net and going to finish it ignore dinner pots
