I just read this brilliant book. Actually both books in one collection. Been meaning to read it for ages. I loved it. Not only is it a first hand account of the holocaust but also how it affected his father afterwards. Very touching. Also the fact that it was mice and a graphic novel made just enough abstract, that i could get through it without it upsetting me too much if you see what i mean. Even though i knew it was real and really happened, i would have found some of the images too distressing if they were photographs of real people. So perfect for someone like me who was looking for an intro to the holocaust withput being in floods of tears. If you havn't read it, i can highly recommend it.
