The Gentle Birth - anyone??

I saw an article on this and wondered what your thoughts were..... Is there any point for 3rd time pregnancies or do the other children get in the way of all the stuff you have to do? I can't seem to find any thoughts to that effect.

Not so worried about the birth bit, but I'm really interested in trying to have some energy whilst pregnant, so wondered if it was worthwhile!

is this the gowri motha book?, theres a thread on it on childbirth try a search quite restrictive - no sugar and wheat gets your uterus less congested for a quicker gentler birth - apparently
