I can't work out where it tells us why Jenny's locket was found in Zoe's flat and why Zoe's photo was found in Clives' study

Hi Suzywong, I've read it couple of yrs ago. Sorry I can't remember myself.I enjoy reading Nicci French novels but usually find the endings are a let down.I do remember that a few things just didn't add up in this one. Don't bother reading it again!

I love reading them as it's all set in my old stamping ground. I like the first two thirds and then, as you say, it all goes a bit pear shaped
