I have done nothing today except read
picked up The Playdate by Louise Millar in the charity shop yesterday and have just finished it.

Ok it's not going to win the Man Booker prize but it kept me happy today.

Sounds very intriguing. I'm reading Donna Leon right now. Again, no booker winner but I'm hooked. Best thing to do while it rains.

I know this is an old thread but I just read this! It was good. :)

Was there an excerpt from her next book in the back of the one you read? Most interesting sounding. :)
