Haven't seen the second two, but I bought the first one for my Mum to fill in and it was really nice - she took a couple of months to fill it in then gave it back to me and I was surprised at how much was in there that I hadn't known before and we had a few lengthy chats about it afterwards. I'm keeping it for my DDs.
If you can't decide between them, you could always make your own version and add more specific topics that mean something to you.
