Just finished this book and couldn't put it down. Really gripping. I see from the jacket this is his 4th novel but I haven't heard of him before. Anyone else read any of his?

Oooh, have read the first 3 - they are fab. Well worth starting at the beginning. Can't remember the order though, sorry. (Too busy scuttling off to get number 4...)

Is that his new one? - I have read the others, they are very good, gripping reads. (A bit gory for some tastes in parts maybe, but I don't mind that)

I agree with FLS - do try his others, and if you read them in order the back stories will place the protagonist more in context. Smile

I've tracked down the others on Amazon and can't wait to read them. Got through this one in record time because i couln't put it down. Why had I never heard of him?

I think he's just one of those authors that don't really get hyped or displayed in book shops. I only discovered him when a friend recommended one of his books.

IIRC the first book, is a bit more in the traditional crime mould, but gives the background for Dr David Hunter's career moving into forensic anthropology.

Ooh a new one!!

Recent find for me. I read the first after the others - agree worth reading in order. They are all twist upon twist evn to the last bit.

The go and find the Jefferson bass body farm books and you'll sit there as I did squee ing as you spot the links between the 2 series. It's brilliant!
