Kindle newbie

Hi all I've just got a kindle and was after some reccomendations please. Didn't their used to be a kindle reading club on here I'm and old mn just name changed. thanks

I don't know if the 12 days of Kindle is still on the website, that is definately worth a look :)

I'm reading the texts for my English literature degree on mine, not sure you'd want to read them
