We've got the Robin Hood one which DS loves. He got a Greek myths book for Christmas - not the same style but really good too (Orchard one I think). had forgotten how utterly bloody and merciless the stories are - ds is transfixed

Love Marcia Williams! Ds has already tucked into Bravo Mr William Shakespeare and we also have her Bible stories.

Greek myth fanciers should also get hold of this lovely book

frogs · 12/01/2006 13:32

This is also excellent for small boys who like gods and heroes. Good for bedtime stories, too, as chapters are pleasingly short.

Which is where my link should have gone Frogs Atticus really is wonderful, ds loved him.
