chick flick/ easy read for a soon to be mum??

im thinking a brigitte jones for new mums type book , does this exist? any recommendations please? its a present to go in a colleagues hamper.

Any of the Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella. The flakiness of the main character makes me angry, but I still read them as they're so easy going. There's Shopaholic and Baby, and Mini Shopaholic, for a baby-themed read.

'Time traveller's wife' was one i read as a new mum. Breastfeeding was the perfect time to sink into a good book.

i'm reading message in a bottle by nicolas sparkes.

its not my usual style, but it is a very uplifting book, or an asy read depending on how much you want to read into it.
