Rubbish books you've actually enjoyed?

I really liked some of the books everyone was slagging in the 'dire books you finished' thread, so I just wanted to ask what truly rubbish books you've enjoyed - guiltily or otherwise. I read about 3 rubbish books to every 1 'proper' book and sometimes really like them. For instance, my mil gave me a Penny Vincenzi book from a charity shop and I laughed superiorly but then devoured it in a day and a half (670 pages, so not much else got done).

Please don't be too po-faced. Lots of people must love crap books. Look at the popularity of Danielle Steele.

Jilly Cooper - say what you like she can spin a good yarn

A book called Bergdorf Blondes. I was Shock and Grin all the way through. By rights i should have hated it/the characters for being flaky & pretentious

Ooh, yes - love a bit of Jilly! Especially the old 70s ones with girls' names Grin

I love rubbish books, if it's got glitter or blood on the cover, it looks good to me! Just spent the day in bed, finishing a truly dire thriller, with so many twists and turns it all ended up making no sense, but I enjoyed every time wasting minute!

Rattledicky, how could you not fancy him, in a very odd way
