I love Miss Smilla's Feeling for Snow - I never have a copy myself, as I'm always giving my latest to people who haven't read it yet. But has anyone enjoyed any other of his books? I've read The Quiet Girl but, while it was OK, it hadn't got whatever Miss Smilla's got. What are the others like?
