If you've read this book, did you like it and why? I've just finished it but felt singularly unimpressed by it.
In fact i found it rather dull - it told me nothing new about women living in strict Muslim cultures. It felt like it was trying to be a novel but was actually slightly biographical and had none of the pace of other stories I've read from the region ( usually by actual residents of the said countries eg Iranians, Saudis, Afghanis etc). What did you think of it?
