Has anyone read The Museum of Innocence by Orhan Pamuk?

I'm not that far into it but I'm already finding the leading character really quite creepy.

Is it worth pursuing?

Has anyone read it? I picked it up in a charity shop but at 560 pages a recommend or two would be nice.

Reviews on Amazon are really mixed
