Just joined Audible...need some recommendations please!

I just joined up and got a free credit - ace! Spent an hour trying to look for a book to download and ended up downloading the latest Sophie Kinsella in the shopaholic series (I have all her previous shopaholic on audio).

Really though, i was hoping to try something that wasn't Sophie Kinsella. I usually like chick lit stuff like Marian Keyes, Jane Green, and also darker stuff like the older Virginia Andrews series. Any recommendations you have tried that you couldn't stop listening to (preferably with a easy on the ear narrator!).

Oh yes, another Audible fan here.

I enjoyed the Dawn French book, A Teeny Bit Marvellous (I think that's the title or it's something similar). Funny and good to listen to. I also loved Craig Russell who writes thrillers. I can't remember the title but they're all good..nicely sinister..audible has lots of his titles.
