Have you read it?
I've just got it and have read about a dozen pages and am not enjoying it at all.

Should I give up on it, or will it grow on me?

I don't want to plough on with it determinedly and find I still hate it at the end, and thus sully my image of such a wonderful, fab person as her! I'd rather give up now.

Yes, I read and liked Dear Fatty.
I think I'll drop this one - not my cup of tea at all.

I got to page 10 and gave up

it was beyond annoying

alibubbles · 27/11/2010 16:00

Oh dear, I just bought it for my iPad, hope it is not an expensive mistake!

MardyBra · 27/11/2010 16:09

I was going to buy that - think I might wait for the paperback at least.

its ok if you read till the end, it gets less annoying, really didn't like her writing as a teenager though, didnt ring true at all but its ok if you have nothing else to read, i love her too much to slate it.

LostArt · 27/11/2010 18:10

Oh dear carrots, that's not the most glowing review I've ever heard. Grin

carrotsandpeasifyouplease · 28/11/2010 08:25

I know, but if its any consolation I really WANTED it to be good
