I borrowed two of her books the other day from the library. I kind of knew her in a former life time - ish so have always been interested in her columns etc.
Have read a couple of chapters of one book - has anyone else read these? I suspect the story might be quite "fun" and fast moving, but it all seems oh so predictable, a bit smug and just toooo chatty IYSWIM. Kind of chick lit with a twist (journo/slightly political, possibly, but maybe not!). I fecking hate chick lit, so I am possibly reading the wrong book, but it's not what I was expecting. At least I didn't buy them!
Wondered what anyone else thought?
