I've just finished this book and I LOVED it for the most part but can't help feeling a little bit let down by the ending. I feel like Otto and Anna went through such a terrible time ultimately for nothing. I understand that it's not a bloody Hollywood film where a happy/symbolic ending is a must but I just feel a bit deflated.
Anyone else read this and felt the same or want to tell me about a point that I've probably missed? :)
