I would like a good pregnancy book and one on nutrition in pregnancy. Which were your favourites?

Patrick Holdfields Nutritional Bible, Its a big red book about £12 and your never need another book, it changed the way i look and feel.

My cousin recommended that but she's vegan. It doesn't try to convert does it?
