I haven't read one of those books that keeps you awake to find out what happens in ages. I used to love reading. I suspect my brain has become addled by babies.

Randomly selected books I have enjoyed have been:
Can any mother help me?
Frankenstein
Save me the waltz
Kill your boyfriend
Their eyes were watching God
Wuthering Heights
Anita and me
Cloud Atlas
Hitchhiker's Guide

God, I'm boring! Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm reading her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger (she wrote Time Travller's wife) - I'm really enjoying it.... and it's keeping me up.

if not - the Book thief is BRILL!

DH has just handed me House of Meetings, I'm off now to start it, but keep your recommendations coming!

I've recently read some of Rose Tremain's books. There's not gripping (like a tense thriller) as such but I didn't want to put them down.

The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield, if you like Wuthering Heights etc.

Bluecheese - I'm almost done - so might hunt around for another one of hers....
