am reading I captured the Castle for first time - love it!!

omg - why have i never heard of this book? I LOVE it! Don't tell me what happens, am only half way through.

I got it cos so many people on here quoted it as their fav book, it's def going to be one of mine now!

Thanks to everyone who recommended it, i'm getting that slightly sad feeling that I'm going to finish it soon...

I saw the film - randomly on TV - and really liked that, then on holiday a few years ago I found the book in the cottage we stayed in and devoured it.

Truly lovely.

It's a great book - I borrowed it from the library.

its great - i read it on the best family holiday ive ever had - laid by a pool in a private villa in majorca - that holiday was bliss and the book topped it off!

Its my number 1 comfort read book. I love it.

I read this and gave it back to a charity shop smacks self on head I really would like to get another copy and see the film too. I loved the old crumbling house and the rituals on the hill :O)
