I lost 72lbs on WW 2018-2021
hsd DCIs breast cancer regain most but I’m down 23lbs on calorie counting but I need structure plus I’ve metabolic adaptation so lose slow
I’ve a manual job and 55 so need 48lbs off to goal

seems bankruptcy news out people off and jabs

Yes, i do! No jabs for me 😬
I signed up Wednesday after getting sick of myself and my food cravings.
Although I've done intermittent fasting regularly for the last 10 years, when i wasn't fasting i have been feeling more and more out of control, and it was really affecting my mental health. So i think WW will give me the structure and limits i need, as i used it from my late teens to early 20s and it always worked well.
I'm 37 and i want to lose 22lb
