Between 15 and 20k usually. Never less than 10k, even on a lazy day.

I have some health issues which are improved by walking so I prioritise it.

Sulu17 · 25/02/2025 13:48

Not enough, between 4-8K. I need to start walking more again.

Between 10k and 14k. Never less than 10k - make it a priority each day. My gorgeous dogs help motivate me to get out

Average 8-10k, just by walking to/from work and a lunchtime walk. Twice daily walks at weekends. On rainy days I’ll just a standing desk and have a walk on the treadmill in the garage. Lost half my body weight over past 15 years or so just by walking and not being too stupid about eating too much of the wrong stuff. I think consistency in walking every day, even if not the recommended 10k, is better than having peaks and troughs of walking 20k some days and very little on others.

11k and then more on days I run

husbandcallsmepickle · 11/03/2025 07:17

I average about 13k a day

helphelphelpmeee · 11/03/2025 07:19

Average between 10-15K a day. That's just at work without intentionally trying! After I've walked the dog it's probably around 18k
