Loss of appetite and other questions

Hi all,

Started at weight watchers last Monday and my starting weight was 117.8kg.

Previously to that about a week prior I started to eat better but had no way of logging it or seeing if I was doing good or not. So hence my decision to join weight watchers again.

I used to eat all kinds of rubbish. (chocolate biscuits, sweets, cakes, etc) and drink a lot of lucozade. I have cut this out now.

However on Saturday night I had quite some lean mince beef (250g) which had about 52g of protein in it. The rest of the food I had made up to 100g of protein. Yesterday I had 89g of protein.

But since yesterday morning I haven't really felt hungry. I couldn't finish my dinner yesterday at 4pm and haven't eaten since. Does anyone else get this?

Also I weighed myself today being a week after my last weigh in and I'm at 115.4kg.

So a 2.8kg loss on my first week. Is this normal?

Many thanks

Given your staring weight I'd say 6lbs in your first week is good, probably loss and water. The reason you're not hungry is because you're eating a great amount of protein which keeps you fuller for longer. Great work, well done!
