I usually default to soup this time of year. I know, it gets boring.

are you at home to cook something or is it a packed lunch idea you’re after?

Twistandshouts · 23/11/2024 10:10

@BitOutOfPractice I'm at home at the moment.

If you are home then eggs are good. Scrambled, frittata etc. does that appeal?

Or, my favourite, leftovers from last night!

Twistandshouts · 23/11/2024 11:44

I hadn't.thouht of a frittata or scrambled.eggs!
No left.overs sadly from last.night.as we had a picky tea, but I'll start holding.some back now.

I like wholemeal pitta bread, either with hummus or thinly sliced cheese or chicken and salad. They are fairly low calorie, and keep in freezer well.

Whole tub of fat free cottage cheese, fruit, popcorn
