APP issues - can anyone help?

Morning All, looking for some advice.

I wasn't able to add my points used to the app yesterday up until last night - app kept asking me to refresh the food section (which was unsuccessful).

When at last I could, my daily points allowance had jumped from 23 to 34. The app wasnt deducting points I was adding from my total and I noted previously free food had a points value (fruit/veg).

It remained like that this morning, went to the WW help page and, after clearing cache and finally uninstalling and re-installing app to both android phone and tablet, I'm stuck in the loop of the 11 questions it requires to get set up (DOB, height, weight etc), I complete these then app kicks me out and requests the same info when I go back in.

Anyone had the same issue or is tech savvy enough to help please?

I'm having similar issues. It stopped working yesterday evening and still isn't fixed. Until 10 mins ago I was still logged into the app and all the tabs worked except the main 'my day' tab. When it went down before for me one time (ages ago), logging out and then in again fixed it. Sadly I just tried this and now I can't get back in again, and I'm in the same loop of initial setup questions, and when I've completed them it throws me out of the app. Website not working properly either - when I tried to log in there it just gives me the set up questions again. So I think it's probably a general problem we need to wait for them to fix. Very annoying though.

I had an email from them about an hour ago to say I needed to uninstall and reinstall the app. It has worked and I am now up and running again. Sadly this means I should really try and remember what I have eaten since yesterday lunchtime. Only problem is I kept telling myself that if I couldn't track it, it didn't count..... 😂

If you can't count, it don't count! Thats hows it been here the last 24 hours....
