Hi I’m desperate to lose weight this year around 4-5 stone i have pcos and suspected ms the latter means I struggle to walk far these days let alone do more intensive exercises :( it’s been a hard adjustment and I have gained more weight which makes things worse in itself. Previous to my more recent health problems I’ve done slimming world but the last time progress was slow pandemic hit and I gave up but I have far more to lose now. Can anyone offer advice or share success stories. Thank you
