I gave up on weight watchers as it was getting ridiculously anti sugar and pro protein. You were a quarter of your daily points for a milky way but you could have 5x your RDA of protein and apparently that's fine. Not a good balance at all.

Thankyou for your reply , my friend also tried WW and she said it was hard to follow
I lost over 2 stone on slimming world a few years ago but just thought I’d try something different

I've just started WW after binning SW. I think SW works, but it's not sustainable. I lost weight but put it back on, plus more.

I'm hoping WW will be better, although I'm struggling a bit as I'm a pasta, rice and read meat type of person, and these things seem high in points - although if it works it might explain why I've been steadily putting on weight

I was the same on SW lost 2 stone which over time went back on . I think any kind of diet is a life style change not just short time
Things in moderation is my problem , I’m thinking about Ww as I’m bored with SW now
