Ok I know this isn't going to be a popular opening but I'm usually a SW girl. Lost and maintained my weight for years but lock down arrived and I'm struggling to lose the gain and get my head back into that healthy eating space.
So...thought I'd mix it up and take advantage of the WW offer to loose the lockdown put on, get my head back into the game and see what all the WW fuss is about. I've started a new job and think WW may be easier to follow to get that initial gain off.
But....I cant make head nor tail of the app. It shows me my free point food and pint allowance but unless I want to eat, fruit, eggs, veg or chicken breast I don't know what else to do. Where on the app does it show me what the other food values are.
Can someone help me understand how this works please.
