Hi. I hadn't done WW for 12 years. I have done it many times since the age of 16 (and SW once).
I started WW 2 weeks ago. It is points based, but they have changed it recently. You take a quiz and zero point foods are allocated (you can change these too). My zero points include potato and wholemeal pasta, yet I am careful with these. You can 'earn' points by eating veg, exercising and drinking water. Weeklies can be gained and a max of 4 daily points are carried over.
The app is great. I attend virtual classes as well as my in person class, but you can subscribe to digital only.
I lost 4lb in my 1st week and 1.5lb in 2nd week. I have 2.5-3st to lose.
