Virtual Workshops

Hi All

I am thinking about possibly giving WW ago. I did it briefly years ago so a completely different plan now so I would be coming to it without any experience or knowledge of the current plan. One of the things that made it difficult for me to stick with it in the past was that for various reasons I found it difficult to find workshops I could attend regularly - I see now there are virtual workshops which I think would be good for me and easier for me to fit in - I just wanted to see what peoples experiences of these are? Do you find them helpful? Are they welcoming?

xx

I realise this is old now, but for anyone still looking, I really found the virtual workshops great. You have to try a few till you find a coach and group you are happy with, then stick with it and you all encourage and support each other. I didn't think I would get much out of them, but actually they were brilliant and really helped to keep me on track.
