Help me get back on the wagon?

I joined WW back in Spring this year.
Did fairly well for the first few weeks but since then have had an unbelievably stressful time what with one thing and another.
With that and my complete lack of willpower I'm back to my starting weight and I could cry.
I almost chucked in the towel yesterday but I really need to lose this weight, not only for my health but to try and feel good about myself again.
Have you been in this situation and managed to turn it around? If so what did you do? Any tips, stern talking to's, kicks up the jacksy gratefully received!

Specific to WW I’ve found the change to the programme has acted as a reset for me and I feel a lot more energised with it, searching out new recipes etc. I’m also signed up to the full plan so attend a weekly virtual session which keeps me on track. I find I want to go on there with good news to share.
Outside of that I find small targets, maybe with a reward at the end, helps. So I want to lose half a stone by new year, rather than I’ve got three stone to lose asap. Ive also bought a beautiful dress, in a smaller size that I am desperate to wear for an event late next year, it’s hanging up so I see it every morning!
Motivation and willpower is so individual though, but this seems to be working for me at the moment.

@Banani

Thank you for replying.

You've given me some good ideas. I think the weekly virtual weigh in is something I'm going to have to do. I need to be held accountable otherwise I'm just going to carry on in my own merry way and not really achieve anything.

Good luck with getting into your beautiful dress. I think you will do it.
